How long does it take to set up a company?
We will contact you within 24 hours of placing the order and usually prepare all incorporation documents for you to sign within 48 hours.
Do I have to be present at the notary appointment?
No. Personal presence of the company founders is not necessary. We will represent you by power of attorney at the notarization.
How much are the notary fees?
We charge our clients a flat rate of CHF 400.00 for the notary fees. This includes all fees for the public notarization by the notary.
What are the remaining set-up costs?
The effective fees may vary. Commercial register fees: CHF 700.00 - 900.00, capital contribution account: CHF 100.00 - 250.00, notarizations: CHF 20.00 - 40.00.
Do I have to live in Switzerland to set up a company there?
No. We offer you the possibility to choose a board of directors or managing director who is resident in Switzerland. You can have your residence abroad.
Do I need my own offices to start a company?
No. You can use our domicile service and domicile your company at our location in Zurich or Winterthur. Simply specify your desired domicile in the order process.
How do I get a StartUp-Coaching and how does it work?
In the order process you can choose the Startup-Coaching option. Once the company is established, you can schedule a one-hour session with our Board of Directors once a month to discuss your current challenges.
How does it work with StartUp-Deals and how can I select them?
In the order process you can select the Startup-Deals option. If you commit with your company to take out at least three insurance policies through our insurance broker you will receive a discount on our startup costs.
